- Spiritually: Through faith, meditation or both. Our mind, body, and soul work in tandem with each other. When you strengthen your spiritual energy all else falls into place.
- Food: Certain foods have a substantial impact on your energy levels. Eating enriching foods promotes energy leading to elevated moods.
